It's a kiki-- for PPA & PPAOS!
Over the last seven years I have had the rare privilege of working closely with many individuals living with PPA & PPAOS and FTD, and their loved ones. I've been fortunate to receive advanced training in clinical practice and research focusing on these conditions—an opportunity that is itself uncommon—but I am continuously overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity to play some small part in this community. It is these human-to-human experiences, not the clinical or scientistic ones, that have come to profoundly shape my understanding of connection, existence and humanity. I seek to approach my clinical, scientific and community service work with this lens, in service of a future with better awareness, access and care for all individuals touched by these conditions.
